1. Who we are

needeverything.com ("the Platform") is a South African online classifieds service that lets users advertise products and services, post requests ("I Need Something"), and communicate via on-platform live chat.

2. The Platform is a venue

We provide advertising and communication tools only. Unless expressly stated, sales are concluded directly between buyer and seller, and we are not a party to the transaction. You are responsible for verifying the other party, the goods or services, and any payment you make.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

You must be 18 or older. You may not post prohibited items (illegal goods, weapons, counterfeit products, adult services), mislead buyers, spam, harass other users, or attempt to move payments through deceptive links in chat. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Paid plans

Paid subscriptions (Starter R299/m, Standard R499/m, Pro R799/m) are billed monthly via Paystack and unlock additional posts and features. If a subscription lapses, posts above the free limit are paused (not deleted). Fees are non-refundable except where required by the Consumer Protection Act.

5. Future marketplace payments

When on-platform checkout launches, a 10% platform commission will apply to sales concluded through the Platform. Until then, any payment arrangements are strictly between users.

6. Content

You retain ownership of what you post but grant us a licence to display and promote it on the Platform (including share previews). Do not post content you do not have rights to.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, service interruptions, or content posted by users.
