You pay for your first month once your shop is named — before you add your logo, your first product or your gateway. That month starts after 3 free days. R299 a month for the entry plan, plus 10% of what you sell. The commission is worked out on an order’s subtotal after any discount you gave, before VAT and without delivery, and only on payments we saw confirmed through your gateway. A refund credits it back. If a month’s commission comes to less than R50 we do not charge it on its own — it carries forward to the next bill. Your gateway charges its own fees, and those are between you and them. On the day it is due, a notice appears in your dashboard and nothing else changes. Seven days past due your allowances drop to the entry plan’s, so you cannot add a new product, service or team member — you keep everything you already have and it keeps working. Thirty days past due your checkout stops taking new online payments. Yours. Your product and service names, descriptions and photos, the files you upload, your logo and colours, your conversations and your customer list. We claim no ownership of any of it and we do not sell it, license it or use it to train anything. You give us permission to store and display it for one purpose: running your shop. You do. You connect your own Paystack, Payfast, Yoco or Ozow account, in your own name, and your shoppers pay into it. We hold no escrow, no wallet and no float, we take no split of a payment, and there is nothing in our systems that could pay money out to anybody — we only read whether a payment succeeded. Your gateway keys are encrypted before they are stored and are never returned to a browser, including ours.
